In uncommon instances where troubleshooting cannot be resolved remotely, you may be required to submit the item for a warranty claim. We offer a 6-month warranty for all ride-on cars, covering components such as the battery, dashboard, receiver, motor, and remote control. The warranty for Zoom Buggeez Inc products is non-transferable. This means that the benefits of the warranty cannot be transferred or assigned to any subsequent purchaser or owner of the product. Warranty services and benefits are exclusively available to the original purchaser, under the condition that the purchase was made directly from Zoom Buggeez Inc.

Zoom Buggeez Inc reserves the right to inspect any Product subject to a warranty claim to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the claimed defect is a defect that is covered by the warranty. Zoom Buggeez Inc DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Zoom Buggeez Inc holds the right to refuse Warranty claims on products DAMAGED by User. Meaning if the product is in a damaged ( scratched or Cracked condition) , Zoom Buggeez Inc Holds the right to refuse Warranty work which includes Repairs and Exchanges. The Decision to repair, exchange or repair the purchased Product is completely in the right of Zoom Buggeez Inc.

Warranty Eligibility

The following conditions are excluded from coverage under our warranty:1.Products not purchased directly from us 2.Damages caused by the customer, including, but not limited to Abuse or misuse of the product, Normal wear and tear, Tampering, customization, or modifications by the customer 3.Exposure to heat, cold, water, snow, or other hazardous environments or agents 4.Failure to adhere to minimum maintenance requirements 5.Lost, stolen, or vandalized products 6.Damage resulting from an accident.

Claim Procedures

When filing a warranty claim, please email us at support@zoombuggeez.ca. In your email, include a copy of your order invoice including information of order date, product name, the reason for the warranty claim, purchaser's name, delivery address, and phone number. Additionally, provide details about the issue encountered and the specific part needing replacement. You may also be required to submit supportive photos or videos to aid in identifying the problem and evaluating the repair required. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will promptly provide the necessary component. Please note that you will be responsible for any associated shipping costs related to your claim. If a repair is deemed necessary, you will also be responsible for shipping or delivering the product to the designated service center. If you are shipping an item valued over $100, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service such as UPS or Canada Post and to purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. you are advised to send a message containing the return tracking number once the product has been shipped to us.

We exclusively provide repair services for goods purchased directly from us. For warranty repairs, please contact us at support@zoombuggeez.ca. In your email, include a copy of your order invoice, detailing the order date, product name, and phone number. Additionally, provide a description of the issue encountered. You may also be asked to provide supportive photos or videos to assist in diagnosing the problem and assessing the repair needed. Once we confirm the issue, we will provide you with a repair quote.

battery Maintenance

Proper battery maintenance is necessary. Here are some tips:1.Charge the battery at least once a month, even if the car is not being used 2.Fully charge the battery and then disconnect it if the car will not be used for an extended period 3.Encourage longer rides occasionally to maintain the battery's correct voltage levels 4.Ensure the battery is securely fastened to prevent damage from vibration 5.Turn off lights, music, and other electrical features when they are not in use 6.Regularly clean the battery and its connections to prevent corrosion and ensure good electrical contact 7.Use the car regularly to maintain the overall health of the battery. Failure to adhere to these maintenance practices may void the battery warranty.
