Most orders are typically shipped within 2 business days after payment processing. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Our shipping services are limited to most areas of Canada. On average, it takes approximately 2-4 business days for packages to be delivered from our warehouse to addresses in Ontario (ON) and Quebec (QC), and 5-8 business days for delivery to the rest of Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. If an order is shipped out and subsequently returned, customers are responsible for covering any additional fees incurred. Once your order has been shipped, we will furnish you with a tracking number. This tracking number will enable you to monitor the progress of your package during transit.
Please be aware that while we consistently request signature confirmation for all shipments, the carrier and individual driver ultimately decide whether to obtain a signature. Once a package has been delivered to the recipient, we are not liable for any theft that may occur thereafter. If the carrier successfully delivers the package to the designated address and obtains any form of Proof of Delivery, the delivery is considered complete. Subsequently, ownership of the item transfers to the buyer, even in cases where they were not present to sign for it. It is the buyer's responsibility to safeguard the item against theft post-delivery. We strongly advise tracking your package using the provided tracking information and coordinating with the shipping company to arrange for someone to receive the item upon delivery.
Zoom Buggeez Inc charges a flat rate for shipping across Canada, determined by the package's weight and size. We always select the best and fastest carrier option available for your shipping destination. If the actual shipping cost exceeds the flat rate we charge, we will cover the difference. However, if the difference exceeds 50% of the original flat rate, we will contact you to discuss the shipping issue. Our goal is to find a solution promptly and ensure the item is delivered as quickly as possible.
Due to the size of our items, cancelling an order once it has been processed is often not feasible. Upon receiving a cancellation request, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate it, but we cannot guarantee cancellation. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled; however, you may return the product once received, adhering to our policy on restocking fees and shipping costs. If an order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it for you, subject to a 3% transaction fee.
We reserve the right to decline to fulfill an order at our discretion, within the limits permitted by law. Additionally, we retain the right to cancel any accepted order at our discretion, within legal bounds. If we cancel an accepted order, we will refund all payments in full. For instance, we may cancel an order under the following circumstances:1.The product is no longer available 2.Our security system flags your order as potentially unsafe or fraudulent 3.Your address cannot be verified or is not a physical address 4.We have reason to believe that you are not of legal age to make the purchase.
We offer same-day delivery in Toronto and parts of the GTA. To qualify for this service, your location must be in Toronto, Mississauga, Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, Vaughan, or Pickering. Orders made before 1 pm EST will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm EST will be delivered the following day. You must provide the correct phone number so our delivery driver can contact you. This service is valid only Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. There is a $100 shipping cost associated with our same-day delivery service
