Return and Refund Policy

Please read these Return and refund of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Return and refund of Service. If you do not agree to all the Return and refund and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Start a Return

1.To start a return, please contact us at support@zoombuggeez.ca. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We have a 14 days return policy, which means you are eligible to return within 14 days after the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Products that have been assembled/used CANNOT be returned, only the warranty period will apply. If a defect is discovered only after the product has been assembled or used, then a return might be possible. We can offer exchange or refund for the product is Defective, Damaged, Incorrect or Unopened box. Shipping cost of the purchase is not refundable.

Defective, Damaged and Incorrect

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The available solutions include sending replacement parts, exchanging the item, or offering store credit, contingent upon the specific circumstances. Products received more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for return, even in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect shipment.

Restocking Fee

We retain the right to impose a restocking fee equivalent to 25% of the purchase price on returns requested beyond the allowable period, items that have been opened, damaged, or are missing parts.Restocking fees are applicable to product price before shipping & tax.

Package Lost or theft after delivery

Please be aware that while we consistently request signature confirmation for all shipments, the carrier and individual driver ultimately decide whether to obtain a signature. Once a package has been delivered to the recipient, we are not liable for any theft that may occur thereafter. If the carrier successfully delivers the package to the designated address and obtains any form of Proof of Delivery, the delivery is considered complete. Subsequently, ownership of the item transfers to the buyer, even in cases where they were not present to sign for it. It is the buyer's responsibility to safeguard the item against theft post-delivery. We strongly advise tracking your package using the provided tracking information and coordinating with the shipping company to arrange for someone to receive the item upon delivery.

Return Shipping charge

The buyer has the option to return the item either in person at our store or by mail. If an item is being returned for reasons not attributable to our error or due to a defective product, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return freight or shipping. For items being shipped with a value exceeding $100, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service such as UPS or Canada Post and to purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and therefore advise the buyer to provide notification with the return tracking number once the product has been dispatched to us.

Order Cancellation

Due to the size of our items, cancelling an order once it has been processed is often not feasible. Upon receiving a cancellation request, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate it, but we cannot guarantee cancellation. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled; however, you may return the product once received, adhering to our policy on restocking fees and shipping costs. If an order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it for you, subject to a 3% transaction fee.

We reserve the right to decline to fulfill an order at our discretion, within the limits permitted by law. Additionally, we retain the right to cancel any accepted order at our discretion, within legal bounds. If we cancel an accepted order, we will refund all payments in full. For instance, we may cancel an order under the following circumstances:1.The product is no longer available 2.Our security system flags your order as potentially unsafe or fraudulent 3.Your address cannot be verified or is not a physical address 4.We have reason to believe that you are not of legal age to make the purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return to inform you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund transaction.
